Zone Date Time Offset Day

One moment, every clock

This tool answers “when it's 3 pm Tuesday in Berlin, what time is it in Kolkata?”, a single moment converted into as many zones as you like, with the correct daylight-saving rules applied for that specific date. If you instead need to find a time that suits people in several countries by comparing their working hours side-by-side, use the Meeting Planner, its sister tool. Both run entirely on your device, free forever.

§ 04 · faq

Frequently asked questions.

Is the Time Zone Converter free?
Yes, completely free for everyone. No sign-up, no account and no usage limits.
Is it private? Is my data uploaded anywhere?
No upload, ever. Conversions run entirely in your browser using its built-in time-zone database, and your saved zones live only in this browser's local storage.
Does it handle daylight saving time correctly?
Yes. It uses your browser's IANA time-zone rules for the specific date you enter, so DST transitions, half-hour offsets (like India's UTC+5:30) and historical rule changes are all applied automatically.
What do the +1 day / −1 day badges mean?
They show when the converted moment lands on a different calendar day than the source. A 9 pm Friday call in New York is +1 day in Tokyo, it happens on Saturday there. “Same day” means no date change.
Does it work offline?
Once the page has loaded, yes, every conversion, copy and CSV export runs locally on your device, so no connection is needed to keep working.
Will it remember my zones next time?
Yes, your source zone, target zones and 12/24-hour preference are saved in this browser automatically and restored when you return. Reset zones brings back the defaults.
