Time-blocking that respects your privacy

Time blocking turns a vague to-do list into a realistic plan: every task gets a slot, so you can see whether the day actually fits. This planner paints your blocks on a 6am to 11pm timeline you can drag around, colour-codes them by category, and tallies planned versus free hours live. Switch dates to plan tomorrow or review last week — each day is stored separately in your browser. No account, no sync, nothing leaves your device.

§ 04 · faq

Frequently asked questions.

Is the Day Planner free?
Yes — completely free for everyone. No sign-up, no account and no usage limits.
Is it private? Is my schedule uploaded anywhere?
No upload, ever. The planner runs entirely in your browser on your own device — your blocks are saved to local storage and never leave your computer.
Does it work offline?
Yes — once the page has loaded, everything (adding, dragging, resizing, switching days) works without a connection, because all logic runs locally.
Will I lose my plan if I close the tab?
No — each day is saved in this browser automatically and reloads when you come back, even across tabs. Clearing site data removes it, so treat it as a personal planner, not a backup.
What hours does the timeline cover?
6:00am to 11:00pm, with blocks snapping to 15-minute increments. When you're viewing today, an amber line marks the current time and moves as the day goes on.
Can I plan days other than today?
Yes — use the arrows or the calendar picker to open any date, past or future. Every day is stored separately, so tomorrow's plan never overwrites today's.
