Organize a PDF without handing it to a server

Most “free” PDF splitters upload your document before they touch a single page. This one does everything on your own device. Every page is rendered to a thumbnail so you can see exactly what you’re working with, then check the pages you want and Extract them into a new file, mark pages for deletion with the trash toggle, rotate any page 90° at a time, and drag tiles to reorder the final document.   • Extract specific pages into a brand-new PDF , check the ones you want and click Extract selected.
  • Delete unwanted pages by marking them with the trash toggle, then downloading the cleaned-up file.
  • Rotate any page 90° at a time , rotations are baked into the page you download.
  • Reorder pages by drag-and-drop to rearrange the final document before you save it.
  • Split every page into separate PDFs and download them all as one tidy, zero-padded .zip.
  • Stay completely private , every page thumbnail and the rebuilt file are made in your browser; nothing is uploaded.

Four steps, no manual.

  1. Drop your PDF onto the zone, or click to browse. It never leaves your device.
  2. Use the page grid to drag tiles to reorder, click ⟳ to rotate, or click 🗑 to mark pages for deletion.
  3. Check pages and click Extract selected to save just a subset, or leave everything and skip this step.
  4. Click Apply order + rotation to download a clean PDF, or Split every page (.zip) to get one file per page.

Frequently asked questions.

Is the PDF Split & Organize tool free?
Yes , completely free for everyone, including splitting every page to a .zip. No sign-up, no account and no page limits.
Is it private? Is my PDF uploaded anywhere?
No upload, ever. The whole thing runs in your browser on your own device , your PDF is read, previewed and rebuilt locally, and nothing is sent to a server.
Does rotating or reordering keep my text selectable?
Yes. Pages are copied whole from your original , fonts, vectors and selectable text stay intact. The thumbnails are just previews; the rotation and order you set are applied losslessly to the real pages when you download.
What is the difference between Extract and Apply?
Extract selected saves only the pages you have checked into a new PDF, in their current order and rotation. Apply order + rotation keeps every page that is not marked for deletion and downloads the whole reorganized document.
Does it work offline?
Yes , once the page and its PDF libraries have loaded, everything happens locally, so it keeps working without a connection.
Do I need to install anything or create an account?
No. Just open the page and start organizing , there is no software to install and no account to create.
