Grocery list

From plan to shopping cart

Add an ingredients list to any meal and it lands on the grocery list automatically — duplicates are merged with a ×count so “milk” from three breakfasts shows once. Tick items off as you shop, add extras by hand, and flip between weeks: every week keeps its own plan in your browser's local storage. Free forever, nothing uploaded.

  2. Use the row toggles at the top to show or hide breakfast, lunch, dinner or snacks.
  3. Drag meals between days to reschedule — hold Ctrl while dropping to copy instead of move.
  4. Tick off grocery items as you shop, then copy, download or print the result. Use the arrows to plan other weeks — your data stays on your device.
§ 04 · faq

Frequently asked questions.

Is the Weekly Meal Planner free?
Yes — completely free for everyone. No sign-up, no account and no usage limits.
Is it private? Is my meal plan uploaded anywhere?
No upload, ever. The planner runs entirely in your browser on your own device — your meals and grocery list never leave your computer.
How does the grocery list build itself?
Every ingredient you type into a meal (comma separated) lands on the list automatically. Duplicates are merged with a count, so an ingredient used in three meals shows once with ×3. You can also add items by hand.
Will I lose my plan if I close the tab?
No — every week's plan is saved in this browser automatically and reloads when you come back. Clearing site data removes it, so use Download .txt when you want a backup you control.
Can I plan more than one week?
Yes — use the arrow buttons to move to any past or future week. Each week keeps its own independent plan and grocery list, and “This week” jumps you back to today.
