Honest limits: this tool runs local syntax & pattern checks only. True deliverability (MX records, SMTP mailbox checks) needs a mail server and can't be verified in-browser, so a “valid” address here is well-formed, not guaranteed to exist.

§ 02 · what you can do

Everything a list cleaner should do.

  • Deduplicate any list instantly, including case-insensitive duplicates across thousands of rows.
  • Validate email syntax and see exactly why each address fails, missing @, bad domain, illegal characters and more.
  • Detect disposable domains from 200+ known throwaway providers including Mailinator, Guerrilla Mail and 10MinuteMail.
  • Filter role accounts like info@, support@ and noreply@ plus 80+ other inbox aliases that rarely convert.
  • Fix common typo domains automatically, gamil.com, hotmal.com, yaho.com and dozens more.
  • Export cleanly as a valid .txt, .csv, or a full-status report CSV with every address categorised.
§ 03 · how to use it

Five steps, no manual.

  1. Paste your email list into the text area, commas, newlines and semicolons all work, or drop a .txt / .csv file onto the upload zone.
  2. Toggle the options you want: dedupe, syntax validation, disposable filter and role-account filter are all on by default.
  3. Click Clean list, then read the stats tiles and use the tabs to browse valid, invalid, disposable and role addresses.
  4. Accept any typo fixes suggested (e.g. gamil.com → gmail.com) individually or with Fix all.
  5. Download your clean list as .txt, .csv, or a full-status report CSV with every address labelled.
§ 04 · faq

Frequently asked questions.

Is the Email List Cleaner free?
Yes, completely free for everyone. No sign-up, no account and no usage limits.
Is it private? Are my emails uploaded anywhere?
No upload, ever. The cleaner runs entirely in your browser on your own device, your list and any file you drop never leave your computer.
Does “valid” mean the address definitely exists?
No. This tool runs local syntax and pattern checks only. Confirming a mailbox truly exists needs MX-record and SMTP checks against a mail server, which is impossible in the browser, so “valid” means well-formed, not guaranteed deliverable.
What counts as a disposable domain or role account?
Disposable domains are throwaway providers like Mailinator, Guerrilla Mail and 10MinuteMail (200+ are recognised, including subdomains). Role accounts are shared aliases such as info@, support@, sales@ and noreply@ that go to a team inbox rather than a person, so they rarely convert on outreach.
Can it read a CSV export from my CRM?
Yes. Drop a .txt or .csv (up to 10 MB) and the cleaner auto-detects the delimiter and picks the column that contains the most @ signs, so you don't have to isolate the email column first. Names, headers and other columns are ignored.
Does it work offline?
Yes, once the page has loaded, cleaning, filtering and exporting all work without a connection, because every check runs locally in your browser.
