Stop subscription creep, without an app that watches your wallet

Streaming, software, gym, cloud storage — small recurring charges quietly add up. Most subscription managers ask you to connect a bank account and sync everything to the cloud. This tracker keeps every entry in your browser’s local storage. Add a subscription with its cost and billing cycle, and instantly see the true monthly and yearly total, which renewals are coming up, and where your money goes by category. Sort by cost, renewal or name, pick from ten currencies, and export a CSV any time. Fast, offline-friendly, completely private. Free forever.

      § 02 · what you can do

      Everything a tracker should do.

      • Add subscriptions with a name, cost, billing cycle (weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly), category, colour and optional renewal date.
      • See normalized totals — every cycle is converted to a true monthly and yearly cost, updated the moment you save.
      • Spot upcoming renewals in the next 30 days; past renewal dates roll forward automatically to the next occurrence.
      • Read the donut chart — a per-category breakdown of monthly spend with amounts and percentages in the legend.
      • Export to CSV with monthly and yearly equivalents included, ready for any spreadsheet or budgeting tool.
      • Sort and localize — order by cost, next renewal or name, and choose from ten currency symbols. Everything stays on your device.
      § 03 · how to use it

      Five steps, no manual.

      1. Click + Add subscription and fill in the name, cost, billing cycle and category.
      2. Set an optional renewal date so upcoming charges show in the next-30-days list.
      3. Watch the monthly and yearly totals and the category chart update instantly.
      4. Switch the currency or sort order from the dropdowns — your preference is remembered.
      5. Use Export CSV to download your full list with monthly and yearly equivalents.
      § 04 · faq

      Frequently asked questions.

      Is the Subscription Tracker free?
Yes — completely free for everyone. No sign-up, no account and no usage limits.
Is it private? Is my data uploaded anywhere?
No upload, ever. The tracker runs entirely in your browser on your own device — your subscriptions and amounts never leave your computer.
      Does it work offline?
Yes — once the page has loaded, everything (adding subscriptions, sorting, the chart, CSV export) works without a connection, because all logic runs locally.
Will I lose my list if I close the tab?
No — subscriptions are saved in this browser automatically and reload when you come back. Clearing site data removes them, so use Export CSV for a backup you control.
How are monthly and yearly totals calculated?
Each cost is normalized by its billing cycle: weekly × 52⁄12 per month, monthly × 1, quarterly ÷ 3, yearly ÷ 12 — so the totals reflect what you actually spend, not just the sticker price.
