Why generate QR codes in bulk, locally?

Bulk QR services usually want your whole product list, ticket database or URL set uploaded to their servers, and many wrap your links in tracking redirects that expire. This tool renders every code on your own device from your raw values: no tracking, no expiry, no account. You get plain PNG files in a ZIP — named by row, label or value — ready for print sheets, packaging or mail merges. Completely free, no sign-up, no limits.

§ 02 · what you can do

Everything a batch tool should do.

  • Batch-generate up to 500 QR codes from a pasted list or a CSV file in one click.
  • Upload a CSV and choose which column holds the encoded value and which holds the label — comma, semicolon or tab separated, all auto-detected.
  • Customize colors, size and error correction for every code in the batch at once.
  • Add a caption under each QR code using the label or the raw value, with adjustable caption size.
  • Name PNGs by row number, label or value so the ZIP is ready for mail merges or print layouts — duplicate names are de-conflicted automatically.
  • Download a single PNG by clicking any preview tile before committing to a full batch export.
§ 03 · how to use it

Five steps, no signup.

  1. Choose Paste lines to type or paste one value per line, or switch to CSV file to upload a spreadsheet export.
  2. If you upload a CSV, pick the value column (what gets encoded) and the optional label column (used for captions and filenames).
  3. Set the size, colors, error correction and caption options in the Style panel — the preview updates live.
  4. Click any preview tile to download a single PNG and check it before running the whole batch.
  5. Click Generate QR codes (.zip) to export the full batch as a ZIP of PNG files.

Frequently asked questions.

Is the Bulk QR Generator free?
Yes — completely free for everyone. No sign-up, no account and no usage limits.
Is it private? Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. The tool runs entirely in your browser on your own device, so your list, CSV and the generated PNGs never leave your computer and nothing is uploaded to a server.
How many QR codes can I make at once?
Up to 500 codes per run, which keeps the browser responsive. For larger lists, split them into batches and run the tool more than once — each run produces its own ZIP.
What happens if a value is too long for a QR code?
That row is flagged in the preview and skipped in the export rather than silently dropped, and the final message lists which rows were skipped. Lowering the error-correction level lets more data fit per code.
What file format do I get?
A ZIP archive of PNG images — one file per code, named by row number, label or value depending on your filename setting. PNGs drop straight into print sheets, packaging artwork or a mail merge. You can also click any preview to download a single PNG.
Do the QR codes expire or track scans?
No. These are static QR codes that encode your value directly — no redirect, no tracking pixel and nothing that can expire. Whatever you paste is exactly what a scanner reads.
