§ 02 · what you can do

Everything a signature needs.

  • Design a branded HTML signature with your name, title, company, phone, email, website and address.
  • Upload a logo or headshot that is embedded as a data URI, so it renders in any email client with no external hosting.
  • Pick from three layouts, Classic (logo left), Stacked (centered), or Modern bar (bold accent side-bar).
  • Add social profile links for LinkedIn, X and Instagram with inline SVG icons tinted to your accent color.
  • Copy the formatted signature and paste it straight into Gmail or Outlook, no HTML knowledge needed.
  • Download the raw HTML file or copy the source to use in any other mail client that accepts custom signatures.
§ 03 · how to use it

Four steps, no manual.

  1. Choose a layout, Classic, Stacked or Modern bar, and fill in your name, title, company, phone, email and website.
  2. Optionally drop in a logo or headshot, add your LinkedIn, X or Instagram URLs, and pick an accent color.
  3. Check the live preview on the right as you type, it updates the moment you change anything.
  4. Click Copy signature and paste into Gmail (Settings → Signature) or Outlook (New email → Signature). Done.
§ 04 · faq

Frequently asked questions.

Is the Email Signature Maker free?
Yes, completely free for everyone. No sign-up, no account and no usage limits.
Is it private? Is my logo uploaded anywhere?
No upload, ever. The tool runs entirely in your browser and your logo is embedded directly into the signature as a data URI, nothing is sent to a server.
How do I add the signature to Gmail or Outlook?
Click Copy signature, then in Gmail go to Settings → See all settings → Signature and paste, or in Outlook open a new email → Signature → Edit and paste. It arrives pre-formatted, so you don’t need to touch any HTML.
Will the logo show up for everyone who receives my email?
The logo is embedded as a data URI, so it travels inside the email itself and doesn’t rely on an external image host. Most modern clients render it; a small number of strict corporate clients block inline images, in which case recipients see your text details.
Which layout should I choose?
Classic (logo left, details right) is the safest and most widely compatible. Stacked centers everything and works well on mobile mail. Modern bar adds a bold accent side-bar for a more premium look, all three use table-based inline styles so they hold up across email clients.
Can I edit the signature later?
Yes, just come back to this page, change any field, and copy again. You can also download the .html file or copy the raw source to keep a version you can hand-edit or reuse in another client.
