Photo collages, made locally

Pick a grid, drop in your photos and reorder them by dragging the thumbnails. Each image fills its cell edge-to-edge with a cover crop, so the grid always looks tidy. Gap, background color, rounded corners and an outer margin are all adjustable with live sliders, and the export is a full-resolution PNG rendered on your device's own canvas — no upload, no watermark, free forever.

§ 02 · what you can do

Everything a collage should do.

  • Combine multiple photos into a grid collage with seven layout presets: auto, 2×2, 3×3 and side-by-side, stacked or strip arrangements.
  • Reorder images by dragging thumbnails in the tray, and remove any photo with a single click.
  • Tune gap, corner radius and outer margin with live sliders that redraw the preview instantly.
  • Choose a background color from ten quick swatches or the full color picker — it fills behind and between photos.
  • Set canvas shape and export size: square, landscape, wide or portrait, up to a 3000 px long edge.
  • Export a lossless PNG straight from your browser — no watermark, no sign-up, nothing uploaded.
§ 03 · how to use it

Four steps, no manual.

  1. Drop your photos onto the upload zone, or click to browse. Files never leave your device.
  2. Pick a layout preset and a canvas shape, then drag thumbnails to set the order.
  3. Adjust the gap, corner radius, outer margin and background color until the grid looks right.
  4. Click Download PNG to save your full-resolution collage — free, with no watermark.
§ 04 · faq

Frequently asked questions.

Is the Collage Maker free?
Yes — completely free for everyone. No sign-up, no account and no usage limits, and there is no watermark on your exported collage.
Are my photos uploaded anywhere?
No upload, ever. The collage is composed entirely in your browser on your own device using an HTML canvas — your photos never leave your computer and are not sent to any server.
What image formats can I use, and what do I get out?
You can drop in any image your browser can open — JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF and more. The export is always a lossless PNG, rendered at your chosen long-edge size up to 3000 px.
How are photos fitted into each cell?
Each image is centre-cropped to fill its cell edge-to-edge (a “cover” fit), so no cell is left with empty bars regardless of the photo's original shape. Reorder the thumbnails to change which photo lands in which cell.
What happens if I add more photos than the grid holds?
A fixed preset like 2×2 shows the first four photos and ignores the rest; empty cells stay blank if you have fewer. Choose the Auto grid layout to fit every photo into a near-square grid automatically.
Does it work offline?
Yes — once the page has loaded, building and exporting a collage works without a connection, because every step runs locally in your browser.
