Two line items go missing from almost every quote. The first is member onboarding. Getting fifty companies certified against your schemas is not an engineering task, it is fifty conversations, and a port that funds development but not a certification desk stalls at partial adoption, which is worse than none because the telephone keeps working and you now hold two sources of truth. The second is the customs and inspection test window. You do not control that calendar.
