Same answer for a small agency. At a few hundred crashes a year the reject loop is annoying rather than structural, and the fix is a laptop mount and two hours of training rather than a software project. We say that to thirty officer departments regularly and it costs us the engagement.

Where they stop: the reject arrives weeks after the officer forgot the scene
