What the off-the-shelf sign products actually do well

How to decide in a week
Take your last four multi site rollouts. For each location, write down the date the permit application was submitted, the date it was approved, and the date fabrication was released. Give yourself two hours and use only systems, not memory.
Then count the locations where fabrication was released before permit approval. That number is your exposure, in aluminium and modules, sitting in racks. Count separately how many approval dates you could not find at all. If either number is more than a quarter of the locations, a permit is not a field in your business, it is an entity, and no configuration will make it one.

How long does it take to encode our estimating rules into a system?
