§ 02 · overview

What these packages cover.

Each package is a fixed scope at a fixed price, built the way our WordPress development page describes: a block theme with theme.json design tokens, a lean plugin stack where every plugin has a named purpose, and the same twelve-point security hardening on every site. Your editors work in the WordPress block editor, so publishing a new page does not need a developer.

Pick by what you have today. Basic suits a new or smaller business site whose brand and content are ready. Standard suits a content-heavy brand that wants its own design and a library of custom blocks. Premium suits an established WordPress site, often on a page builder such as Elementor or Divi, that has search rankings to protect while it moves onto a custom block theme.

Online stores are a separate package, because products, cart and checkout are their own work: see our WooCommerce store packages. A site that needs sign-ins, member dashboards or a portal is a web application rather than a website, and is scoped on a call.

§ 04 · scope

What is not included, and what we need from you.

Not included

  • Hosting, your domain, premium plugin and theme licenses and other third-party fees. Vendors bill these to accounts in your name, never through us.
  • Online store features such as products, cart, checkout and payments. Those are in our WooCommerce store packages.
  • Sign-ins, member areas, portals and other web application features.
  • Copywriting, photography and video. Every package assumes your content is ready.
  • Brand identity work, such as a new logo or brand guidelines.
  • Headless WordPress builds with a separate React or Next.js front end.
  • Multilingual sites and WordPress multisite networks, which are scoped on a call.
  • Moving a site from another platform, such as Squarespace, Webflow or Drupal, which is scoped on a call.
  • Ongoing maintenance after the 30 days of questions: updates, backups and monitoring are a separate monthly retainer.

What we need from you

  • Final page copy, images and logo files, ready before the build starts.
  • Your brand guidelines, or at least your logo, colors and fonts.
  • A hosting account in your name. We recommend managed WordPress hosting such as Kinsta, Rocket.net, WP Engine or Pantheon and set it up with you.
  • Access to your domain's DNS settings for launch.
  • Logins for any business system we connect, and any premium plugin license the build needs, bought in your name.
  • A GitHub organization for the private repository, or our help creating one.
  • For Premium: admin access to your current site and to its Google Search Console property.
  • One decision maker who is available for weekly reviews and can sign off each stage.
§ · how delivery works

From payment to handover.

Every package follows the same five steps. The scope changes from Basic to Premium; the order does not.

  1. step 01
    Pay at checkout

You pay the package price in full through Stripe's secure checkout. If you would rather pay a deposit before work starts and then payments at agreed milestones, book a call instead and we set that up with you.

  2. step 02
    Kickoff call

Every order gets an email reply within 24 hours to book the kickoff call. On that call we confirm the scope of your package in writing. Work starts after it.

  3. step 03
    Build

Your project is delivered remotely by our engineers in Delhi and Lucknow, with leadership in New York. The delivery estimate for your package is on its card above. It is an estimate, not a deadline: your dates are confirmed in writing at the kickoff call.

  4. step 04
    Review and revisions

You review the work as it is delivered. Your package card says how revisions are handled: where it says they are agreed in writing, the rounds are set in the written scope at the kickoff call.

  5. step 05
    Handover

The finished work goes live or is handed over in the way agreed at the kickoff call.

Delivery estimates count from the kickoff call and assume your content is ready, because content is the most common reason a website slips. Basic's 4 to 6 weeks is the range our web development cost page gives for a 6 to 15 page business site. Standard's 6 to 9 weeks is the range our WordPress development page gives for a custom block theme.

Premium's 8 to 14 weeks is the range our WordPress development page gives for rebuilding a page builder site as a native block theme, and how much of the old site can be reused decides where in that range you land. If your current site runs on another platform, such as Squarespace, Webflow or Drupal, the move takes longer, so book a call and we agree the timeline in writing first.

Everything sits in your own accounts from day one. The theme and any custom code live in a private GitHub repository under your organization, hosting stays on your billing, and our engineers sign in to WordPress as named users you can remove at any time. At handover you get the repository, the editor guide and a recorded walkthrough.

§ · payment and refunds

Payment and refund terms.

Paid in full at checkout

Package prices are in US dollars and are charged in full at checkout. Stripe hosts the payment page, so your card details are entered on Stripe and never reach this site.

Prefer milestones?

For fixed-scope work we also bill a deposit before work starts, then payments at agreed milestones. To pay that way, book a call instead of checking out.

What the price covers

The package price is the total you pay us. We add no tax, fee or surcharge at checkout, and the amount Stripe charges is the price on the package card. It pays for our work only. Fees that other companies bill you directly, such as platform plans, app subscriptions, hosting, domains, store registration fees and payment processing on your own sales, are not part of it: the ones this package can involve are listed under not included. Your card issuer may charge its own fee for a payment in US dollars.

Refunds and cancellation

Our refund and cancellation policy applies to every package. You can cancel by written notice at any time: we stop work, deliver everything completed up to that point, and you pay for the work completed and in progress, as the policy sets out. A deliverable that misses its agreed acceptance criteria is reworked at our cost. To ask for a refund, email support@digitalheroes.co.in. We acknowledge the request within two business days, review it within five, and pay an approved refund within fifteen business days, back to the original payment method. Nothing here limits your statutory rights. Our terms of service apply too.

§ · questions

Questions before you check out.

What happens after I pay?

Stripe takes the payment and you land on a confirmation page. Within 24 hours our team emails you to book the kickoff call. On that call we confirm the scope of your package in writing: the page list, the templates and any system we connect. Work starts after it. If you would rather pay a deposit and then agreed milestones, book a call instead of checking out.

Which WordPress package fits my site?

Basic fits a new or smaller business site of up to 15 pages whose brand is set and whose content is ready. Standard fits a content-heavy brand that wants its own design, structured content and a block library editors build pages from. Premium fits an established WordPress site, often on Elementor, Divi, Bricks or Oxygen, that needs a rebuild and a full content move while protecting its rankings. Not sure? Ask in the Live Chat.

How long does each package take?

Basic takes 4 to 6 weeks, Standard 6 to 9 weeks and Premium 8 to 14 weeks, counted from the kickoff call. These are the ranges our web development cost and WordPress development pages give for the same kinds of build. Content is the most common reason a website slips, so having your copy and images ready before kickoff keeps you at the short end of the range.

What if my scope changes after I pay?

The kickoff call fixes the scope of your package in writing. If you later want more, such as extra pages, another connected system or an online store, we put the change and its cost in writing for you to approve before that work starts. Nothing outside the package is added without your written agreement.

Who owns the site, the code and the accounts?

You do. The theme and any custom plugin live in a private GitHub repository under your organization from day one, hosting and the domain stay on your own billing, and our engineers use named WordPress logins you can remove at any time. Our terms of service assign the designs, copy and code written for your project to you on full payment. We keep only reusable tools and components that existed before it.

What will I pay to third parties on top of the package?

Hosting, your domain and any premium plugin or theme license, such as ACF Pro for custom blocks, are billed by those vendors to accounts in your name, so they are not in the package price. We take no referral fees from hosts and never hold those accounts for you. On the kickoff call we list each paid plugin the build needs, so you know the running costs before work starts.

Can I get a refund?

Our refund and cancellation policy applies to every package, and the full text is on our refund page. You can cancel by written notice at any time: we stop work, deliver everything completed up to that point, and you pay for the work completed and in progress, as the policy sets out. A deliverable that misses its agreed acceptance criteria is reworked at our cost, and if it still fails after the agreed rework rounds, you can reject it and ask for a refund of the part of the payment tied to it. To ask for a refund, email support@digitalheroes.co.in. We acknowledge the request within two business days, review it within five, and pay an approved refund within fifteen business days, back to the original payment method. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.

What support do I get after launch?

Every package includes 30 days after handover for your team's questions, as our WordPress development page sets out, along with the editor guide and the recorded walkthrough. Keeping the site healthy after that, with plugin and core updates, backups, security patches and Core Web Vitals checks, is a separate monthly retainer described on our website maintenance services page.
