§ 02 · overview

What these packages cover.

These packages build a WooCommerce store on WordPress with native blocks and the WooCommerce Checkout Block, not a page builder. Each package is a fixed scope at a fixed price. The kickoff call confirms that scope in writing before any work starts, and the store, the hosting and the payment accounts are in your name from the first day.

WooCommerce fits best when content is part of how you sell: buying guides, articles with products inside them, digital products, courses or memberships. If commerce is your whole business and you would rather checkout were someone else's problem, Shopify may suit you better. We build on both, so if you are unsure, ask in the Live Chat before you buy.

Every package includes the twelve-point WordPress hardening pass described on our WordPress development page. Card details are entered in the payment gateway's own fields and never pass through your server, which keeps the store's PCI scope at SAQ A rather than the stricter SAQ A-EP.

§ 04 · scope

What is not included, and what we need from you.

Not included

  • Hosting, domain, premium themes, paid plugins and extensions, and payment processing fees. Their vendors bill you directly.
  • Product photography, product descriptions and other copywriting.
  • Legal wording for your terms, privacy, refund and shipping policies. We add the pages; you supply or approve the text.
  • Marketing work such as ads, email campaigns and SEO content.
  • Page builder builds such as Elementor or Divi. We build on native WordPress blocks.
  • Headless storefronts on Next.js, which are a separate engagement described on our WooCommerce development page.
  • Ongoing maintenance and updates after the 30 days of handover support. Monthly plans are available separately.
  • Anything outside the scope confirmed at the kickoff call, unless you approve it in writing as a change.

What we need from you

  • Access to your hosting, domain and DNS, or a decision on the host we recommend so it can be set up in your name.
  • Your logo, brand colors and fonts, plus any stores or designs you like as references.
  • Your product data in a CSV or spreadsheet: names, prices, variants, SKUs, stock levels and images.
  • A payment gateway account in your business name, for example Stripe or PayPal.
  • Your shipping rates, tax rules and the countries you sell to.
  • Page copy and the wording of your store policies.
  • One decision maker who can review work and approve each stage.
  • For Standard and Premium: admin access to your current store if we are moving it across.
  • For Premium: access to your accounting or ERP system for the integration.
  • A GitHub organization for the code, or our help setting one up.
§ · how delivery works

From payment to handover.

Every package follows the same five steps. The scope changes from Basic to Premium; the order does not.

  1. step 01
    Pay at checkout

You pay the package price in full through Stripe's secure checkout. If you would rather pay a deposit before work starts and then payments at agreed milestones, book a call instead and we set that up with you.

  2. step 02
    Kickoff call

Every order gets an email reply within 24 hours to book the kickoff call. On that call we confirm the scope of your package in writing. Work starts after it.

  3. step 03
    Build

Your project is delivered remotely by our engineers in Delhi and Lucknow, with leadership in New York. The delivery estimate for your package is on its card above. It is an estimate, not a deadline: your dates are confirmed in writing at the kickoff call.

  4. step 04
    Review and revisions

You review the work as it is delivered. Your package card says how revisions are handled: where it says they are agreed in writing, the rounds are set in the written scope at the kickoff call.

  5. step 05
    Handover

The finished work goes live or is handed over in the way agreed at the kickoff call.

WooCommerce is self-hosted, so your store runs on hosting in your name and billed to you. If you do not have a host yet, we recommend one on the kickoff call and set the stack up with you. We take no referral fees from hosting providers, and we never hold your hosting or plugin license accounts.

From the first day, the theme and any custom plugins live in a private GitHub repository under your organization. Our engineers work in your WordPress admin as named users that you can remove at any time.

If you want to change the scope after the kickoff call, we write the change down with its price and timing first. Nothing outside the confirmed scope is built until you approve it in writing.

§ · payment and refunds

Payment and refund terms.

Paid in full at checkout

Package prices are in US dollars and are charged in full at checkout. Stripe hosts the payment page, so your card details are entered on Stripe and never reach this site.

Prefer milestones?

For fixed-scope work we also bill a deposit before work starts, then payments at agreed milestones. To pay that way, book a call instead of checking out.

What the price covers

The package price is the total you pay us. We add no tax, fee or surcharge at checkout, and the amount Stripe charges is the price on the package card. It pays for our work only. Fees that other companies bill you directly, such as platform plans, app subscriptions, hosting, domains, store registration fees and payment processing on your own sales, are not part of it: the ones this package can involve are listed under not included. Your card issuer may charge its own fee for a payment in US dollars.

Refunds and cancellation

Our refund and cancellation policy applies to every package. You can cancel by written notice at any time: we stop work, deliver everything completed up to that point, and you pay for the work completed and in progress, as the policy sets out. A deliverable that misses its agreed acceptance criteria is reworked at our cost. To ask for a refund, email support@digitalheroes.co.in. We acknowledge the request within two business days, review it within five, and pay an approved refund within fifteen business days, back to the original payment method. Nothing here limits your statutory rights. Our terms of service apply too.

§ · questions

Questions before you check out.

What happens after I pay?

Stripe confirms the payment and our team receives your order. You get an email reply within 24 hours to book the kickoff call. On that call we go through your products, payments, shipping and design, and confirm the scope of your package in writing. Work starts after the kickoff call. The store is built remotely by our engineers in Delhi and Lucknow, with leadership in New York.

Which package is right for my store?

Basic suits a new store that needs to start selling on a solid, branded theme. Standard suits a brand that wants a custom design, or that is moving an existing store with its products, customers and orders. Premium suits stores that need subscriptions or B2B pricing, a link to accounting or ERP software, and payment failover. If you are unsure, chat with the team before you check out.

Can I change the scope after I buy?

Yes. The kickoff call confirms the scope in writing. If you want something added or changed later, we write it up as a change with its price and timing, and nothing outside the confirmed scope is built until you approve it in writing. If your store needs much more than a package covers, book a call instead and we will scope it with you, with a deposit and agreed milestones.

How long does a WooCommerce store take?

Basic and Standard take 3 to 10 weeks. Premium takes 10 to 16 weeks, the range our WooCommerce development page gives for a full custom build. Where your store lands in that range depends mostly on how ready your product data, content and accounts are. We confirm the timing in writing at the kickoff call.

Who owns the code, the store and the accounts?

You do. Our terms of service assign the work made for your project to you on full payment, apart from the reusable tools and components we use across projects. The theme and custom plugins live in a private GitHub repository under your organization. Hosting, domain, payment gateway and plugin licenses are in your name, and our WordPress users can be removed at any time.

What will I pay on top of the package price?

Apart from any scope change you approve, only what third parties bill you directly. That usually means hosting, your domain, any premium theme or paid plugins and extensions (WooCommerce Subscriptions or a B2B plugin, for example), and the processing fees your payment gateway charges on each sale. These are never part of the package price, and we take no referral fees from hosting providers. We list the ones your store needs at the kickoff call.

Can I get a refund?

Our refund and cancellation policy applies to every package, and the full text is on our refund page. You can cancel by written notice at any time: we stop work, deliver everything completed up to that point, and you pay for the work completed and in progress, as the policy sets out. A deliverable that misses its agreed acceptance criteria is reworked at our cost, and if it still fails after the agreed rework rounds, you can reject it and ask for a refund of the part of the payment tied to it. To ask for a refund, email support@digitalheroes.co.in. We acknowledge the request within two business days, review it within five, and pay an approved refund within fifteen business days, back to the original payment method. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.

What support do I get after launch?

Handover includes a recorded walkthrough of running the store, and Standard and Premium add a live training session. As on our WooCommerce development page, we stay on for 30 days after handover to answer questions. WooCommerce, WordPress and plugins need regular updates after that, so ongoing care is a separate monthly plan through our website maintenance service, or your own team can take it over.
