§ 02 · overview

What these packages cover.

These packages are for a new app with a clear first job to do. Basic is discovery and design: we settle the platform question, design the screens and hand you a clickable prototype and a written build plan, without writing app code. Standard builds a first version for one store. Premium builds one React Native or Flutter app and releases it on both the App Store and Google Play.

Standard and Premium are focused first versions: sign-in, a set number of screens and the one or two workflows your users came for. Offline sync, Bluetooth hardware, real-time chat, two separate native codebases and compliance work such as HIPAA safeguards sit outside these packages. Our mobile app cost calculator shows how those items move the price, and we quote them after a call.

Our mobile work includes the AirTrainr athlete and trainer apps, built in React Native with Expo on a Supabase backend. On Standard and Premium the code goes into a repository under your organization, and the app is published from your own Apple and Google developer accounts.

§ 04 · scope

What is not included, and what we need from you.

Not included

  • Fees paid to third parties: Apple's yearly Developer Program fee, Google's Play Console registration fee, and hosting, push, analytics and crash reporting plans billed to your accounts.
  • The commission Apple and Google take on in-app purchases, and payment processing fees from Stripe or the stores.
  • Two separate native apps in Swift and Kotlin. Premium builds one cross-platform codebase; a native pair is quoted after a call.
  • A custom API backend beyond Firebase or Supabase, a web admin dashboard, or a web version of the app.
  • Offline-first sync, real-time chat, Bluetooth or other hardware, AR, HealthKit and on-device machine learning.
  • Compliance work such as HIPAA safeguards, PCI DSS or SOC 2 readiness, and AI features. These are scoped and quoted separately.
  • Maintenance after handover: the yearly iOS and Android releases, library updates, crash monitoring and new features.
  • Writing your app's content and legal pages, such as the privacy policy and terms of use.
  • App Store optimization, marketing and paid installs.
  • A promise of store approval. Apple and Google make every review decision; we handle the review responses within the agreed scope.

What we need from you

  • One decision maker who joins the kickoff call and gives feedback at each review, since the delivery estimate depends on it.
  • Your brand assets: logo, colors, fonts, and any existing designs, research or competitor apps you admire.
  • For Standard and Premium: Apple Developer Program and Google Play Console accounts in your company's name, with our team added as members.
  • A D-U-N-S number if you enroll with Apple as an organization. Apple asks for one to verify your company, so request it early.
  • The app's content: text, images, terms, a privacy policy and a support URL for the store listings.
  • Accounts in your name for the services the app uses, such as Firebase or Supabase, push, analytics and Stripe, so the billing stays yours.
  • A GitHub organization for the code, or our help creating one that you own.
  • A list of the phones your users actually carry, so testing covers them.
  • Test accounts and a review contact for Apple and Google, if the app requires sign-in.
§ · how delivery works

From payment to handover.

Every package follows the same five steps. The scope changes from Basic to Premium; the order does not.

  1. step 01
    Pay at checkout

You pay the package price in full through Stripe's secure checkout. If you would rather pay a deposit before work starts and then payments at agreed milestones, book a call instead and we set that up with you.

  2. step 02
    Kickoff call

Every order gets an email reply within 24 hours to book the kickoff call. On that call we confirm the scope of your package in writing. Work starts after it.

  3. step 03
    Build

Your project is delivered remotely by our engineers in Delhi and Lucknow, with leadership in New York. The delivery estimate for your package is on its card above. It is an estimate, not a deadline: your dates are confirmed in writing at the kickoff call.

  4. step 04
    Review and revisions

You review the work as it is delivered. Your package card says how revisions are handled: where it says they are agreed in writing, the rounds are set in the written scope at the kickoff call.

  5. step 05
    Handover

The finished work goes live or is handed over in the way agreed at the kickoff call.

Standard and Premium follow the order on our mobile app development page: discovery, design, the build with regular demos, internal testing on real phones, a beta through TestFlight or Google Play testing, then store submission. You install and try working builds on your own phone along the way.

Store review is the one step we do not control. Apple and Google review each submission themselves, so we check the build against their guidelines first, including the account deletion flow, subscription disclosures and privacy details.

Basic hands over the Figma files, the prototype and the written build plan with its fixed price. The plan is yours, so you can build with us or take it to another team.

§ · payment and refunds

Payment and refund terms.

Paid in full at checkout

Package prices are in US dollars and are charged in full at checkout. Stripe hosts the payment page, so your card details are entered on Stripe and never reach this site.

Prefer milestones?

For fixed-scope work we also bill a deposit before work starts, then payments at agreed milestones. To pay that way, book a call instead of checking out.

What the price covers

The package price is the total you pay us. We add no tax, fee or surcharge at checkout, and the amount Stripe charges is the price on the package card. It pays for our work only. Fees that other companies bill you directly, such as platform plans, app subscriptions, hosting, domains, store registration fees and payment processing on your own sales, are not part of it: the ones this package can involve are listed under not included. Your card issuer may charge its own fee for a payment in US dollars.

Refunds and cancellation

Our refund and cancellation policy applies to every package. You can cancel by written notice at any time: we stop work, deliver everything completed up to that point, and you pay for the work completed and in progress, as the policy sets out. A deliverable that misses its agreed acceptance criteria is reworked at our cost. To ask for a refund, email support@digitalheroes.co.in. We acknowledge the request within two business days, review it within five, and pay an approved refund within fifteen business days, back to the original payment method. Nothing here limits your statutory rights. Our terms of service apply too.

§ · questions

Questions before you check out.

What happens after I pay?

Every order gets an email reply within 24 hours to book the kickoff call. On that call we confirm the scope of your package in writing: the platform, the screens, the workflows and what sits outside them. Work starts after that call. Your app is built remotely by our engineers in Delhi and Lucknow, with leadership in New York. If you would rather pay a deposit and then agreed milestones, book a call instead of checking out.

Which package fits my app, and do you build native or cross-platform?

Basic fits when you want the platform settled, the screens designed and a fixed build price before you commit. Standard is a focused first version on one store, in Swift, Kotlin, React Native or Flutter. Premium is one React Native or Flutter codebase serving both stores. Apps that depend on new Apple or Android frameworks, deep hardware access or on-device machine learning usually need native code, which we quote after a call.

How long will my app take?

Basic takes about 3 weeks, matching the discovery and design weeks on our mobile app development page. Standard takes 10 to 16 weeks, the range our iOS, Android, React Native and Flutter pages give for a first version with sign-in, push notifications and store submission. Premium takes 14 to 20 weeks, the range our mobile app development page gives for one team releasing on both stores. The clock starts at the kickoff call, where the dates are confirmed in writing.

What if I want to change the scope after the kickoff call?

The scope is confirmed in writing at the kickoff call, and that document is what we build against. If you want to add or change something later, we write down what it adds to the time and the cost, and the change goes ahead only once you agree to it in writing. When the additions are large, the next package up, or a quote after a call, is usually the better fit.

Who owns the code, the designs and the store accounts?

You do. The code lives in a GitHub repository under your organization from day one, and the app is published from your own Apple Developer and Google Play Console accounts, with our team added as members you can remove at any time. Under our master services agreement, once you have paid in full, the code, designs and assets made for your project are yours, while libraries and tools that already existed stay with us.

Which costs are paid to third parties on top of the package price?

The package price covers our work. Apple charges a yearly fee for its Developer Program, and Google charges a one-time fee to register a Play Console account. Hosting on Firebase or Supabase and the push, analytics and crash reporting tools bill your accounts directly once you outgrow their free plans. Apple and Google take a commission on in-app purchases, and Stripe charges its own processing fees. Our mobile app cost calculator lists these running costs line by line.

What support do I get after the app launches?

Work after handover, such as the yearly iOS and Android releases, library updates, crash monitoring and new features, is not part of these packages. We can take it on as a retainer, billed monthly, or hand everything to your own team: the repository, the credentials and the documentation. Before handover, a deliverable that misses the acceptance criteria agreed at kickoff is reworked at our cost.

Can I get a refund?

Our refund and cancellation policy applies to every package, and the full text is on our refund page. You can cancel by written notice at any time: we stop work, deliver everything completed up to that point, and you pay for the work completed and in progress, as the policy sets out. A deliverable that misses its agreed acceptance criteria is reworked at our cost, and if it still fails after the agreed rework rounds, you can reject it and ask for a refund of the part of the payment tied to it. To ask for a refund, email support@digitalheroes.co.in. We acknowledge the request within two business days, review it within five, and pay an approved refund within fifteen business days, back to the original payment method. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.
